**BTG Online Coaching Programs Will Begin In February**

Video Analysis:  $150

This is a 60-minute consultation for athletes looking to improve their weightlifting movements & performance.

Session Includes:

  • Detailed Movement Screening
  • Discussion of Findings
  • Initial Corrective Program Emailed to You 
  • 2 Weeks of Email Correspondence (after which a follow-up consultation may be recommended)

Assessment Training

This online coaching package is appropriate for any athlete looking to improve his or her performance over the long term. You will have the full commitment from Our Coach help you reach your goals.

This includes:
  • 60 minute initial video consultation with detailed movement screening & discussion of history and goals
  • 30 minute weekly follow-up video consultations for re-assessing movement & progress
  • Unlimited email correspondence including training video analysis
  • Individualized & Progressive Movement & Mobility Programming based on needs & goals. 
We will start with a 1-hour initial video consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss history and goals. You will then be taken through several movements, tests, and assessments to determine current physical ability and establish a movement baseline. Movement and corrective programming will be prescribed based on this initial consultation. 

After the initial consultation, you are free to send daily training videos for analysis, or any other comments or questions that you have, via email. 30-minute video consultations will be conducted on a weekly basis, in order to re-evaluate progress and goals, as well as modify corrective programming. Please wear athletic attire and if possible, have floor and wall space for movement testing. When scheduling an appointment, please provide a 1-2 sentence description of why you are seeking this service and how you heard about BlessTheGym. 

The session will take place via Facebook video - 

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ATHLETE TO SCHEDULE THE WEEKLY FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS.

Payment
  • 4 Week Commitment: $325 USD (breaks down to $81.00/week, $325/month)
  • 8 Week Commitment: $600 USD (breaks down to $75.00/week, $300/month)
  • 12 Week Commitment: $840 USD (breaks down to $70.00/week, $280/month)
  • Payment is made through PayPal to the email farrisk99@yahoo.com
  • Please send as "Gift" to avoid additional fees. 
  • You may pay on a recurring monthly basis or in full. This must be decided before the initial video consultation. 
  • Payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis, but details must be confirmed before the time of appointment.
  • We do not accept health care insurance plans as a form of payment. 
  • Scheduling an Initial Video Consultation indicates that the client fully understands the terms of this service, and will make payment before consultation is conducted.

BTG Kreaux

Our Keeaux program is a great supplement to your functional fitness training or for people looking to improve their strength and power.

How does The Program work?

  • The Keeaux Program is an ongoing program created by to address basic weightlifting goals and general strength.
  • The Kreaux Program is delivered to you weekly via email and you are given access to the BTG Athletes and Coaches to have all questions answered. 

With the Kreaux Weightlifting Program you'll get:

  • 3 or 5 day/week programming written by Kendrick Farris and Staff 
  • Access to a community of coaches and athletes to help motivate and push you while keeping you accountable to the program. 
  • A video with instructions for every exercise in your program. 
  • Kreaux Weightlifting Programming is $40/month and will be billed every 4 weeks on a recurring basis. 

    Team BTG 

    How Does Team BTG Program work?

    • Kendrick Farris and Coaching Staff have created a variety of 4, 8, 12 and 16 week templates specifically designed towards different levels of experience. 
    • By answering the questions below, we will help identify which program is best suited to you and give you our 3 top recommendations for the program that will help you the most. 
    • That program will be sent to you via email weekly. 
    • You will be added to our private BTG Weightlifting Facebook group where you can post your training videos for critique and send questions to our Coaching Staff.

    With the Team BTG Weightlifting Program you'll get: 

    • Programming designed by BlessTheGym
    • Access to the BlessTheGym Weightlifting Private Facebook group to have your videos reviewed and questions answered by BTG athletes.
    • Biweekly Q&A sessions with BlessTheGym athletes l
    • A video with instructions for every exercise in your program. 
    • Team Level Weightlifting Programming is $130/month and will be billed every 4 weeks on a recurring basis.

    One on One Training

    With the 1 on 1 Weightlifting Program you'll get: 

    • Complete customized programming designed for your unique experience, abilities and goals.
    • Weekly checkups with your coach to discuss progress and adjust training.
    • A video with instructions for every exercise in your program. 
      • 60 minute initial video consultation with detailed movement screening & discussion of history and goals
      • 30 minute weekly follow-up video consultations for re-assessing movement & progress
    • 1 on 1 Level Weightlifting Programming is $240/month and will be billed every 4 weeks on a recurring basis.
