Over the weekend, Dwyane Wade hosted the 4th Annual Wade's World Weekend in Chicago. His parents and Gabrielle Union all supported the series of events. See the pics inside and see Lauryn Hill, Nas and Common rocking the bell.

Dwyane Wade & his girl Gabby Union were in Chicago over the weekend raising money for his Wade World Foundation.

On Friday night, he hosted The Carnival Cruise Lines Benefit Dinner for his foundaton at The Trump Hotel in Chicago.

And on Saturday.....

Dwyane hosted a Chicago Has Talent Showcase and a Youth Summit at the Chicago Theatre as part of his weekend.

And last night in California.....

Lauryn Hill, Nas and Common took the stage for the 2011 Rock The Bells Music Festival at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA.

Lauryn Hill looked beautiful on stage. Maybe we are finally going to get that long awaited sophomore effort.
